Wines from Sud-Ouest

We just received the wine list for the At The Table With Martin Dinner and he has picked some gems from the South West of France. Now that we have wines picked the next move is to write the menu. The menu will feature locally sourced ingredients with courses inspired by and paired with each wine of a specific region. Confit..foie gras and deconstructed cassoulet will all be in play. 4 seats remain.
